Sourdough Frozen Par-baked Pizzas
Our sourdough pizza dough is made with only organic flour, olive oil, salt and our starter, then fermented for at least 24 hours before being hand stretched and par-baked at 600ºF with our house-made pizza sauce made with San Marzano tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil.
Bake from frozen or thawed in a preheated oven for as long as it needs for it to thaw and the cheese to melt.
