The Farm Store is Yellowknife’s specialty food store: hundreds of products and brands from artisan and craft makers across Canada and Europe, alongside the bread, pastries and prepared meals we make fresh in the kitchen next door.
We care deeply about what we eat and drink, so everything on our shelves has to earn its place. We look for food and drink that’s good, creative, interesting and well-meaning, made by people who care as much as we do. And we’re Yellowknife’s only non-alcoholic bottle shop.

Sourdough bread & pastries
Naturally leavened sourdough, bagels and laminated pastries baked next door, with croissants and chocolatines made with 84% MF butter from a family farm in Ontario. We also keep frozen bake-at-home croissants and chocolatines in stock — great for pulling from the freezer on a slow weekend morning.
Prepared & frozen
Hand pies, sausage rolls & frozen meals
Made fresh in our kitchen and kept in our freezer, our prepared meals are designed for weeknights that deserve better than ordinary. Beef samosa hand pies, tourtière, pork and sage sausage rolls, sourdough pizza — all made in small batches from real ingredients, ready to take home and finish yourself.

We carry as many local makers as we can: jams and preserves from Rudimentary by Cheryl, North Chocolate, Sundog Trading ice cream, sausages from The McTurks, microgreens from Yellowknife Urban Farm, and more.

Gourmet cheese & specialty foods
Aged cheddars, washed rinds, soft ripened, and cave-aged wheels from across Canada and Europe — we take our cheese seriously. Alongside it: butter from PEI and Ontario, stone-ground flour, organic pastas and sauces from Italy, English crackers and crisps, preserves, sea salts, honey, chocolate and much more.

Craft NA beer, red, white and sparkling wines, gin, rum, whisky and tequila, ready-to-drink cocktails and ciders, plus craft sodas, pressed juices and sparkling drinks from makers across Canada and Europe. The selection keeps growing, so there’s usually something new to try.
