Bush Order Provisions specializes in organic sourdough/naturally leavened breads and bread-related products.

How To Get Our Baked Products
There are several ways to get our products. As of October 1, 2026, we are still without a Lead Baker and therefore have a limited capacity to produce a full line up of naturally fermented breads throughout the week. Currently all our artisan loaves, italian loaves, bagels and buns are only baked on Saturdays and available at the Farm Store.

Friday – 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday – 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Baked products are delivered to Lakeshore Co-op weekly. Current delivery times:
- Wednesday afternoons (Scones and Cookies)

Online Store
As of December 2024 we have launched our online store. The online store is open from Monday at 11:00 AM to Thursday at 11:00 AM with pick-up options Thursday, Friday and Saturday either at Bush Order or Downtown Yellowknife.
Supporter Pre-Order
Bush Order Supporters are eligible to pre-order products that can be picked up at the Farm Store or delivered. Supporters are also eligible for a 10% discount on baked products.
Bush Order Bakery History
Bush Order Provisions micro-bakery was formally known as With Bread. With Bread was started by Kyle Thomas in 2013 and operated annually at the Yellowknife Farmers Market, as well as several craft sales and pop-up events. On June 1st, 2020, With Bread was folded into the launch of Bush Order Provisions.
