Orders
All orders must be placed before Thursday at 10:59 AM to be eligible for pickup or delivery that same week.
Orders received on and after Thursday at 11:00 AM will be subject to the discretion of Bush Order Provisions Ltd. Orders will be pushed to the following week, or fully or partially cancelled for a full or partial refund.
Product quantities, fulfillment staffing and delivery logistics are all issues orders are subject too, thus Bush Order Provisions Ltd. can not guarantee proper fulfillment of those or any orders at all times.
All sales made through the Bush Order Provisions Ltd. website (bushorder.ca) are considered final. Cancellations and refunds are to the discretion of Bush Order Provisions Ltd.
Orders selected for pick up, at any designated pick up location, will only be available for 72-hours from the selected pick-up day and time .
Refunds
Due to the fragility of product production (i.e quantities made), any product or item in an order that can not be fulfilled will be refunded at the discretion of Bush Order Provisions Ltd. regardless of when the order is received.
Any product or item in an order that a customer wishes to return will not be accepted and no refund will be provided unless otherwise stated or communicated by Bush Order Provisions Ltd.
Bush Order Provisions Ltd. will not provide any refund or credit for orders not picked up from any pick-up location within 72-hours of order completion.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted with good reason or by the discretion of Bush Order Provisions Ltd.
Pick-up Options and Fees
Orders will be available for pick-up at the selected pick-up location on or after the day selected at check out. Orders WILL NOT be available earlier. Please do not attempt to pick-up your order before the selected day and allocated time.
Order left at a pickup location for longer than 72 hours (3 days) will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.
