Description
Our Sourdough Pizza Dough is our signature pizza dough we use for pizza nights and frozen pizzas. After a 24+ hour fermentation, when hand-stretched and baked ripping hot the crust puffs up in a beautiful Neopolitan style pizza. This dough comes frozen.
Best taken out of the bag when cold and let come to room temperature lightly covered. Once thawed and at room temperature allow to proof got one-hour. When hand-stretching avoid degassing the rim of the crust and bake on a stone or steel as hot as your oven can go.
Ingredients:
- Organic Bakers Flour
- Organic Red Fife Flour
- Sourdough Starter
- Water
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Each dough ball is approximately 300g, which is sufficient for a 10-12″ pizza or 14″ if you’re super skilled.
