Description
Le Boucan is a surface ripened cheese smoked with natural wood. Made with pasteurised cow milk 100% canadian, Le Boucan has no artificial flavour and is lactose free. The flavours are mild, the taste of smoke is delicate and the paste is extremely tender. Try it on its own or slightly grilled in a sandwich, burger, au-gratin or raclette dish.
