Bullocks Bistro is a long standing Yellowknife institution. First opening in the early 1990’s on Latham Island serving fish and chips out the back of the a building. It shortly thereafter moved to its current location, the original site of Weaver & Devore Trading. It is known not only for its fresh and seasonal menu of NWT fresh fish, but also its sauces. Its salad dressing and cooking sauces.
