Description
To produce Le Maréchal Cheese, twice a day, fresh and still warm milk is delivered by 13 farms in the Vaud region. Within 10 hours, this milk is turned into cheese, wrapped in cloth and pressed into molds. As it ages, the family rubs the cheese in aromatic organic herbs. Flavourful, nutty, sweet and herbaceously aromatic with a touch of barnyard.
Pair with a Chasselas.
