This cheese with a bloomy rind offers a sweet aroma of white mushrooms and a flavor of fresh milk with notes of lightly salted butter. Beneath the white, fluffy crust is a cream-colored paste with a texture varying from chalky to creamy, from the crust to the center.

If you order multiple quantities of a single cheese we will cut to the approximate total weight ordered.
Cheese pre-orders will be ready starting December 12th, 2024. Your order ready for pickup when you receive the *Order Completed* email. Please wait for that email. If you have any special requests, please indicated at check out.
