Angélique-À-Marc is the second cheese born from our collaboration with the artist Marc Séguin. If La Bête-À-Séguin is characterized by its fragrance and its decidedly “animal” taste, L’Angélique-À-Marc seduces with its dominant “vegetable” and nuanced medium intensity. The wooden strap that hugs the wheel throughout its maturation adds this slightly woody touch to its flowing heart. A true cheese beauty. A cheese of extreme finesse that represents great art.
