Le Cendré des Grands-Jardins de Charlevoix

Supple and unctuous, Le Cendré presents an orange rind, a cream-coloured interior with a line of blue throughout. Rich with the scent of grassy meadows, it also offers a slightly sharp dairy note and a pleasant fruitiness.
Its name evokes the many forest fires that decimated Grands-Jardins National Park in years past, greatly altering the parkland near Laiterie Charlevoix.
