Délice de Bourgogne is a French cheese hailing from the Burgundy region. This cow’s milk triple-cream cheese boasts a high fat content due to the addition of cream during the cheese-making process. It features a creamy and smooth texture, offering a luxurious and velvety mouthfeel. With a rich, buttery flavour, Délice de Bourgogne is covered with a snowy-white, edible, bloomy rind. The interior is pale ivory, and it is not aged extensively.

It pairs well with crusty bread, fresh fruits, and sparkling wines. Délice de Bourgogne is also well-suited for spreading on crackers or baguettes.
