Brie Paysan

Description

Aged for 30 days, this soft farm cheese with a bloomy rind is made from pasteurized milk from the herd of Holstein and Jersey cows on the family farm. Under its thin white and fluffy rind is a creamy and melting cream-colored paste with generous aromas of hot cream and vegetal notes. Its texture is creamy as can be.

Its name, Le Brie Paysan, pays homage to the people who work the land and who are the basis of our agriculture.
