Manchego with Truffles takes the classic Manchego cheese From Spain, and adds truffles.
The result is a cheese that is nutty, firm with streaks of truffle through-out. The truffle flavour is fairly subtle compared to some other truffle cheeses like our Pecorino Moliterno for example. Has been selling really well due to the popularity of Manchego amongst cheese lovers – yet with a truffle twist.
