Description
We are taking our family tradition and making it handheld with our new Tourtière Hand Pies. A blend of pork and beef simmered down with potato, celery and onion with warming spices all wrapped in our Organic Pastry Flour rough pastry.
Ingredients:
- Organic Pastry Flour
- Butter
- Salt
- Pork
- Beef
- Onion
- Celery
- Potato
- Nutmeg
- Clove
- Salt & Pepper
- Mayonnaise (to help enhance flavour and add moisture)
Two (2) rolls packaged together.
Filling is completely cooked but pastry is raw. Bake until golden brown or interior temperature reaches 145ºF.
