Chocolatine Bake-At-Home (Frozen 2-pack)

Enjoy freshly baked locally made pain au chocolat any day of the week buy baking them yourselves. We do the hard work of lamination, all you need to do is proof and bake.

Ingredients:

• Strong Bakers Flour
• Butter
• Starter/Yeast
• Sugar
• Eggs
• Milk
• Malt Powder
• Salt
• Chocolate Sticks

Two (2) rolls packaged together.

Remove from packaging, proof in a warm humid environment for 2-3 hours and bake for 12-20 minutes at 375ºF (ovens will vary)
