Focaccia is a fabulous Italian flatbread related to pizza. It is a higher hydration bread with a touch of olive oil making a crisp crust with a soft crumb with irregular holes.
It is fantastic as a sandwich, for dipping or as a part of a great charcuterie spread. It has also been popular with eating right from the bag.
