Bush Order Provisions has announced a change to its Bush Order Supporter subscriptions. What was once just one subscription level has now become two: a Patron Supporter and a Premium Supporter. To learn more about the differences please click the link to either level. This how-to guide will walk you through upgrading or downgrading your subscription.
1. Sign in to your account
Sign in to your account by going to bushorder.ca/my-account or by clicking the login link at the top right of the website. If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Lost your password?” function.
2. Access “My Subscriptions” from the My Account Dashboard
Once you have signed in you might be redirected to the Members Area automatically. Instead, click “Back to Dashboard” where you should find a tab called “My Subscriptions”.
3. Click “Upgrade or Downgrade” on “My Subscriptions” tab
On the “My Subscriptions” tab scroll down to your Subscription Totals where information about your current subscription should be found. Beside the subscription title and quality click on the green butted titled “Upgrade or Downgrade”. This is also the place to go if your wish to cancel your subscription.
4. Choose a new supporter level
When you click on the “Upgrade or Downgrade” button you will be taken to a product page where you will be able to select a different Bush Order Supporter level. This selection will be in place of your current subscription, NOT in addition to it. Click “Switch Subscription” when ready.
5. View Cart and Checkout
The new supporter subscription(s) will be added to your cart. From here check out as you normally would on the Bush Order website.
On the cart page confirm the new Supporter subscription level and quantity and then proceed to check out.
Note: the website will try to pro-rate your subscription if you are in the middle of a current subscription.

6. Viewing Members Area tab in My Account
When you now navigate to the Members Area in the Dashboard of My Account you should now see the old subscription as cancelled and the new subscription above it indicating the next billing date.
To view the Members Area of your new subscription, click on the plan title.
In time, administrators will remove the old and cancelled subscriptions.
