Rugbrød / Dark Rye

Rye Bread or Rugbrød is a Nordic favourite for its hearty and nutritional qualities. Unlike wheat, rye doesn’t develop gluten near as much and with this bread long fermentation it easier to digest for many who claim they’re gluten intolerant. This bread will only be available in a limited quantity at first and based on popularity will come and go.
