Our Bush Order – With Bread – Bagels are like none other. We take inspiration from the famous and much loved Montreal-style Bagel and then make it our own.

Unlike the Montreal-style bagels we do not use commercial yeast, we use our sourdough starter. And while we do use honey in the dough recipe, and in the boiling water, we do not use eggs or milk in our bagel recipe. We do hand-roll every bagel, which gives each bagel its own unique characteristics.

The final result is a fresh, hand-rolled bagel with a chewy exterior with a soft interior. With a longer fermentation and no refined sugar or oil, you will also be enjoying a bagel that will energize you all day, without a sugar spike and crash.
